Rates

Psychotherapy: $175 per 50-minute session

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART):

Intake Session: $175 (50 minutes)

ART Session: $250 (90 minutes) 

Insurance

Our office offers the convenience of submitting insurance claims on your behalf for in-network services. If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we are happy to provide the forms required for you to remit on your own as reimbursement for payment upfront at the time of your session.

I am credentialed with the following insurance plans:

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Optum/United Healthcare

AETNA

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for behavioral health services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

Payment

Our office accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards (HSA included) as forms of payment. The client portal makes it extremely convenient to upload a form of payment and automate the billing process.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
