Sometimes it is hard enough to find the ground, let alone get our feet moving!

My approach to individual counseling focuses on shifting perspectives. Often, it is judgment, guilt, fear, or shame that keeps us from moving forward. Whether your struggle is rooted in anxiety, depression, or trauma, I offer a number of therapeutic modalities that create curiosity and compassion, providing the opportunity to understand yourself differently.

Just like any productive relationship, a therapeutic relationship is based on trust. I will work hard to show up authentically and build that foundation. When trust is established, there can be "healthy friction" between therapist and client; we don't have to question each other's motives. Collaboration in therapy is paramount to progress.
