Keep the Knowledge...Lose the Pain.

A common phrase in neuroscience states, “Those that fire together, wire together.”

How often do we associate certain emotions with life situations? All. The. Time.

For example: A person takes an airplane flight that has a lot of turbulence.

The person becomes very anxious and worried about their safety due to the turbulence.

Moving forward, the person fears flying because the situation is paired with anxious feelings from the previous experience.

So, what can Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) do? Using back-and-forth eye movements, ART separates the situation and the emotion that are “wired together” with a technique called Voluntary Image Replacement. This changes how distressing memories and images are stored in the brain, so they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.

ART can help clients address common problems such as depression, anxiety, phobias, and post-traumatic stress. Most emotional trouble stems from unresolved trauma or unprocessed/misprocessed emotional pain. From depression to addiction to heartbreak, ART is highly likely to be a conduit to emotional relief and resolve.

Because ART is a focused eye movement therapy, it produces quick, effective, and safe results within 1-5 sessions.
